A Day in the Life...

Just another day here in Blogdom...

Tear oneself away from my warm nest....

Have a bath with my duck.....

Breakfast for one...
Feed the ravenous Pickles...
Put boots on.. oh and some other clothes possibly!
Make a shopping list... and try to memorise!
Fetch shopping basket ....
Choose coat and scarf...

Take coat off and think about shopping later...
Then sit down for five minutes to blog....!!!!!

Just a typical day really....

Oh and just a bit of work thrown in to ease the conscience...

I hope you all have a good day !

We're just leading parallel lives! Have just done all of that and now on to the tidying up part, but instead find myself here saying "good morning" to you!! Have a good day

Day two of the avoiding Big Sister's room plan and things are still very testing!

I like those days...Today is different. My cousin is coming to visit me with her tho boys, I just had a meeting. It's very stormy wheather and I have promised all kids that I will going to get Mac Donalds for lunch (by bike). Now I'm sitting here couldn't resist the computer...should be vacuumcleaning...now but with those boys coming...I'd better do that afterwards.

Without sounding too weird I could just climb into your bed and curl up and go to sleep! It looks so cosy and am having a rubbish day, could just do with a snooze!
Love your duck as well x

If you've got the same stormy, gusty weather as I have here I think staying in and blog reading is the best choice!

Oh, me, too! I start off the day with such good intentions...yard work, grocery shopping, errands of all kinds....possibly thrifting...then, I make the mistake of walking into the "computer room" (aka sewing/crafting/grandchildren playroom/storage room) and 2 hrs go by before I can get back to daily life! What's a girl to do??
hugs, bj

Sounds a bit like my day except I have a few more mouths to feed...and why have you got my boots? I thought I was wearing them....

Hee Hee, what a familiar scenario, I'm just taking a break from work too - are you sure it was just 5 minutes? Oops, I hear Mr. Bloom coming home, must dash.

How reassuring your post was and all the comments too! I am currently avoiding taking the dogs for a walk, it is still very windy here. They look resigned and have given up asking. I know we will all anjoy it when we do get out. Off we go...

Hi Michele,
How funny.... we all seem to be doing more or less the same things....
Love the Ugg Boots...I find it hard to take mine off.
Do you really lay your space at the table for breakfast?
Your bed looks so cozy it is no wonder that you like to slip back in to blog! naughty girl..

Hi Michele, I can't think of anything witty to say, so I shall be sensible for a change. Do you know, I am exactly the same, I always start off with intentions of doing one thing, and then do something completely different, and then end up doing two things at once! I was wondering how long it would take you to notice my little thumbnail and I. x

My uncle, played his guitar & sang at my wedding. "Black Bird", was one of the songs he sang as people were being seated before the wedding started. But, I could hear him from the room I was in as I got dressed. At that moment I felt like I was in a movie. That song went so well with what I was doing. Good memory, Thank you, for prompting it. Amy

What a fun post! I love all of the pictures. I know I say that a lot, but its because I really do love all of the pictures. Your posts are always so creatively and cutely put together. I loved the picture of the bubble bath with the ducky. lol Maybe I'll do a fun little post like that once we get settled in a new place. :)

Loads of love,
Michelle
