Therapy..

The garden is the perfect place to lose oneself, to bury your worries and woes, to sit and be at peace under the canopy of trees, with the melodious choir of songbirds, to stop and reflect and restore..

To talk to the frogs...

To smell the flowers ..

To say goodbye to another day ..

To welcome another dawn and a new start...

Oh beautiful Bath in the sunlight! One of many places we've wanted to live and never quite managed - and for me full of childhood memories of day trips from Bristol with Granny. It's wonderful to have a house with a far reaching view, isn't it?

How can I be the first to comment on this glorious post?

The idea of talking to frogs (or even having frogs nearby who'd want to listen to me) is something to take along to dreamland.

That landscape photo of the vista having dawn arrive ... well, that is the view I would love to have from a window.

My best window view is also very good, mind you, taking in a great variety of NYC architecture, including a bit of building where Caruso once lived.

Still. I love your vista. And the quality of that golden light.

I did enjoy the gorgeous evening we had here and as you quite rightly say M, what better place than one's own garden to relax and unwind...but oh, those views over Bath!!!

Gorgeous pics - love the frog just peaking out of the water.

Coming to Bath in the Summer - tis somewhere I've always wanted to visit.

Well now, that's v strange (or maybe not!), we have written practically identical posts! There's no better place to be than in the garden at the moment (other than watching Dorothy!)

Lovely post for the end of a sunny hot day and fab views of Bath. Many years ago I went to uni there.

There's no doubt about it. Gardening is good for you! Not for the back, but for the soul. x

Hi Michele
I love the views you have from your house and garden. Stunning panorama, especially as the sun sets.
The garden is the perfect place to reflect and relax. I can't wait for our back garden to be completed so that I may do just that.
Take care

I envy your gorgeous garden. Isn't it lovely to be too hot for a change? We went for a walk in the nature reserve near us to get our 'nature fix' today.

Hope you haven't got too many 'worries and woes' though! Get back in the garden until they're all gone!
