On the Piste..

My mother taught me never to laugh at other's misfortune..
I am sorry... I just can't help myself... this is hilarious
If you are fed up with all this white stuff underfoot.. just watch this film clip and thank your lucky stars you are not on the piste...in true Kevin style.

Dear Michele,
Oh my! Mr Bun and I just tuned into Kevin and friends and we've been laughing until we've cried - so hysterically funny! This is a classic. I wish the BBC would show the whole programme..
Thank you for the tonic!

those kind of comedy moments occurred this morning as we slid down Snow Hill (geddit..?) to work...

Hi Michele, that made me laugh! Skiing might be our only way out of here soon, shame I cant ski or posses any skis. Your idea of the tennis rackets is good but we've only got one, better stay in. Keep cosy, Jane xxxx

Thanks for posting such a great clip Michele. I remember that programme from when it originally aired - priceless. Whatever made Kevin think he looked good in an orange all-in-one?

Can't imagine why anyone would torture themselves by going skiing. My partner is from Alpine Switzerland and even he isn't that keen on skiing - even though he learnt to ski at about the same time as he learnt to walk. We once went toboganning in the mountains there and it was horrible - I fell off and ended up with frostbite on my behind!!

This really made me laugh but then I thought of my walk to the railway station on the way to work....that might be me tomorrow....and I'll just be in walking boots, not on skis!

Oh Dottie this is one of our favourites! Thought it might be you on the piste but glad to see it's Kevin... Not looking forward to my skiing trip tomorrow to the local shops, I fear a few titters along the way!

I am trying to type thru the tears. I am terrible on my feet even on terra firma but, ice and snow, more like snow-oww. Do you ski?

Ha ha , thank you so much for this. I haven't belly-laughed like that in ages! My little boy keeps replaying it. Those were the days eh - the original reality TV! It's up there with the cub scouts on the rollercoaster eating their packed lunch. Have passed on to all my friends and am awaiting the ripple effect.

heeheehee, loving Maureen and Kevin and the fact that I would probably be far worse on a pair of skis than they are.
